News000006 Error On Wii News Channel

How do you fix this. I cant get on Wii News after update. Please help

This error only showed up on firmware 3.0 for me.
This is how I fixed it.
1. Change your Country
2. Accept License
3. Power off (Red)
4. Power on
5. Change back to real Country
6. Accept License
7. Make sure Standby is On
8. Setup News and Weather

Everybody Votes still doesn't work for me.
