Unplug your Wii for 15 minutes.
Then, try your Wii with no game.
Then, try your original game. If that works, you know it was your backup.
If neither work, check your drive-chip for connection issues. If all looks good, remove the chip and try again. If still doesn't work, you are out of luck. Ask the person who modified your console to have a look.
