Wii Modchip For Eu Console?

I have an EU console, and im looking to get a modchip, but many seem to say "partial compatibility with EU consoles"

is there one that works with EU consoles as well as US/Jap ones?
im looking to play US backups

im also looking to get one thats easy enough to install.. i dont have much experience with soldering
