It's been a few months since launch, fan craze has seemed to dull down and the system is now no longer a big ball of nostalgia and amazement over the controls. How often you guys actually play games on your Wii? This does not include the time you put into modding it.


I'm only asking this because I can truely say I haven't touched Wii in over a month. I've been sort of busy, and when I want to get my gaming fix, the 360 is what feeds my addiction. Don't get me wrong either, I love the system, but the game selection so far doesn't fit my appetite.

Man, to be honest mine was the same, until I recently got my pulsevu and went out and got a few new games to fiddle with.  I'd say about 20-30 minutes a day.  Some days I will play it for endless hours, and some times I wont touch it for a week.  Elebits has me ratehr entertained though at current.

Luckily the mod scene is catching up so that is good, Sadly there is only Drive chips and no real homebrew, and the chips are open source which is nice so they do actually see more frequent improvements.

I do not own a 360 so I can't comment on that taking more of my time, however I still play more hours on my Saturn a month than anything else.

I play about 5 hrs a week.  The 360, however has been used about twice since I picked up the wii.

My GF loves EBVC and she also uses the wii to get news.  When we have 10-15 minutes to kill we play a short game of wii sports.  Otherwise due to lack of time Im still working on Zelda (near the end now though) so when I have time alone then I play that.

Yeah, there aren't many games out as of right now. From what I remember the lineup wasn't "super" either. Mehh, hopefully some of this will change. Smash bros is sure to keep me occupied for a good while.

Wii: only about 1-2 hours per week.  Not much, eh?  Well...
360: about 30 minutes per week...

I play my Wii about an hour + every day, Telstra delayed my trip to the coast till next week which was the best thing that they have done, ever.

Mate turned 21 last night [Wednesday], but her official party isn't till Sat, Albury Gold Cup is on this Friday which is going to be a blast, Phatties + Suit + My big fuckoff headphones blasting Psy is going to be a killer.

Anyway i don't see myself playing my Wii in the next few weeks due to time factors, i don't think i will be over it any time soon.

havnt touched it since mid january at the latest.

im not sure how much i like it, i want the cube version of zelda so i can be bothered finishing it.

same here... the 360 on the other hand gets used daily for hours, be it movies or games.

the GF is playing through Zelda though so it does get played maybe once or twice a week for a few hours.

Once she's done with it I'm going to throw a chip in there just play around with it... it should be interesting for some of the GC stuff I still have laying around.

mine is sitting around all naked the sutpid ups didnt get my chip today so there she lay untoached like usaul, i love the sytem when its more than one person playing but other wise im on my 360 the most i do happen to play a little bit of the ps3( still cant justify buying one, blu ray seems to get all the good movies) still would like to see a bigger library tho.
