the range of motion is fine for me...the cord is long enough and i can get enough range to do anything the game needs, and then some. i mean you wouldnt be able to wave your arms and do circles with them both attached. but for the movements nessicary the range of motion is not a factor...to me...at all. hope this helps!

It is not too much of a problem...since most games have guides and training on how to use the controller in the game...although some games seem to be a bit more touchy than others, and you have to remember that if you have a tendency to move the controller in a certain manner, then sometimes the results are not quite as you may expect.
