Nope, first party strap and original controller.  The strap to the left is the original strap that came with the controller.  The replacement strap itself came directly from Nintendo to me through the replacement strap program.

If it's 3rd party it means Nintendo is using third party straps as part of the replacement program which I would highly doubt.
