Why not just connect a wire to the remote? Or if you want to get Really fancy, remove the battery holder and construct a  security system to where the battery pack would go... all the while supplying 3 volts to the WiiMote!

I think that yaazz has the best Idea with the cable, it is simple, easy, and cheap

just take apart the wiimote and drill some holes, then attach the cable

you could even go as far as having an auto retracting cable with light tention so it doesn't interfere with gameplay

If you were planning on using a nunchuk as well, you could use the plastic loop in the connector and use zip ties to connect it to the wiimote

i think any cable attaching the wii controller to anything, security or not, is a turn off.

id feel strange and probably get tangled up when i do my flips and cartwheels while playing red steel

true, but I really don't see any other way that is reasonable

well..... just maybe

get some of those magnetic sensor thingies that they have at the exits of stores and then simply put a small metal security sticker on the underside, I don't know why I didn't think of this before

damn, that's expensive,
the only other thing I can think of then is either cameras or having somebody keeping an eye out over everything

maybe taking a quick inventory before letting the people out and just do that every time

or say that you have cammeras, that my work too

2.  have each man armed with AKs
3.  make a circle with a diameter of 6 feet
4.  put up a sign "Leave circle with wiimote and be shot on site"

But if you use the Wii power then all they'll have to do is remove the batteries and leave.  I sugest you get those Wiimote protectors.  It makes changing the batteries a bitch.

or just internalize it's own battery as it will probably last for a long time since it is made for to be on all the time to track children

but if you can't fit the extra bat, most people aren't smart enough to just take out that batteries, especialy if they don't know that there is a sensor in the controller

a alarm may not sound on their end, thus no one else thinking that there was an alarm device in the controller

lol, I've actually soldered a rechargable bat in an xbox controller before for a shock mod I once did, but yea, really DO NOT do this, you may harm the controller happy.gif lol

lol, personal saftey is too overrated, what's a few acid burns an the possibility of going blind anyways? they just put those warnings on battaries to take up space and make it look more important  tongue.gif
