ive heard the same the 17th seems to be the day, and it seems odd to me of everyone getting shipment on the same day but i guess more stores gettingem means better chance to get one as long as you choose the right store

I work for Target.  It was confirmed yesterday that all stores will have the Wii available on the 17th.  Also, don't let stores screw you over;  Wiis come in packs of 3, so if someone said their shipment was something that's not a multiple of 3, they're probably rounding or bullshitting you.
