I've been in the modding scene for a while now. I've modded Wii's, 360's, PS2's, and Xbox's. Know, I'm moving on to PSP's. I'm such a newbie to all of this. Question. Is it possible to play games without the UMDs? If so, how? Anyhelp is appreciated.

Yes, there is a way to backup your UMD's so you can load them from the memory stick
You are first going to have to downgrade to version 1.5, then you can update to custom firmware 3.52 M33
What firmware version is your psp right now?

You can buy any psp.Currently every psp can be downgraded
And as for the 3.51 m33...your not going to be able to find a psp with custom firmware unless you buy it from someone else
