Need Helping Getting Game Iso To Run On Memory Stick

Can anyone help me out here or send me a link where I can find information on getting Game Iso to run on duo memory stick? I'm trying to get My Hotshot golf ISO to work on my duo 1gig. Please help me out. thanks
