1.5 Finaly, im not braving the downgrade untill its tested more, but it seems like the real deal.

Emulators on my PSP, thats why i bought it.

Just tried the MPH downgrader and it worked perfectly. Very simple and easy exploit. WELCOME TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF PSP FREEDOM!!!

Oh! By the way look at wab.com ! Two lamer groups getting along with eatch others xD, Wasn't it Alontrio owner of wab.com who did put adds and paypal on his website ? Buy the way it's been weeks since irc.wab.com resolved on toc2rta irc server, why ? because they like each others of course !

EVERY Versions of the downgrdrader on on the psphack forums where beta version without any screen or text on it, we are now ready for the futire fw, and we wil release soon another version easiers for noobs and featuring texts.

We all know how yoshi is. Hell why not try to take credit for it, he decievingly "funded" his so-called downgrader. Taking credit for others work is what we all know him for.
He's a POS. Plain and simple.

Just did the update, a few things you should now.

1) During my install, once i loaded the picture there were just numbers and stuff all over the screen, psp would not turn off, had to take out the battery.

2) at 99% the update said it failed, again i had to take out the battery

3) restarted said the settings were corrupt, pressed O and it reset everything

after that everything was good and firmware version is now 1.50

It's fairly straightforward. Just read the instructions and all should be well.

yep, it works, 100% confirmed by me.

i am now staring at a 2.00, that has been magically trasnformed into a 1.5.


but take some bayer before you do it, becuase your heart will pump at like a 2930290293029 times a second.

I actually took the plunge and updated my 1.50 to 2.00 just to test this. The web browser was nice but I'm now back to my beloved 1.50 again.

Im looking to preform the downgrade in the next few days, but......

I had a UK PSP on the original 1.52 firmware, then i upgraded to 2.0.

As my UK psp has never ran 1.5, and it was never released in the UK with 1.5 firmware, can i downgrade using the 1.5 eboot from the US. (ie, the one in all the above links)

Dont take my word for it, but from what i have been hearing people say over at pspupdates you are able to do it.  I'm happy, i just went and returned my stock 1.50 psp because it had 2 dead pixels, and i just got a 1.52 that has NO dead pixels at all!!  No i just have to wait for the battery to charge so i can update to 2.00, then back down to 1.50!! HELL YEAH!
