Error Reading Bios

What I’m I not doing right guys I’m getting an error when I try and install a new drive. I have the Evox install CD in and it will boot then I click on Install new drive, then the window will pop up asking if I want to continue ? I click on yes, then it formats all the drives then when it try’s to flash my bios I get an Error:

Flash Bios
Manufacturers ID 09 Device ID 00
Flash Type AMD - Am29F080B
Error reading bios file.

what do I do to fix that. and what is the cause so that I know from now on.
