pleace check again,
the "cart" option is for adding multiple psp skins into a archive so they can be compressed into a zip BEFORE you download them. We are in no way charging for our files, simply providing them free for you to enjoy!

Hey guys, yea just restating what midi said, these are FREE. The cart is just there for your convenience to download. We both constantly add more art everyday since it we seem to be addicted.
Anyone else who have created backgrounds can host it there and credit will be given. Just sign up for an account and start posting that great art! Once again, the Cart is just there to make downloading more convenient. And please keep all artwork to 300x170 and <150kb.
