Psp System Software Version 3.30 Update!

For those of us that use homebrew, I wouldn't bother updating now until Dark_Alex releases 3.30 OE.

V3.30 also supports 352*480 and 480*272, have u tried to output files of these two sizes in ImTOO PSP Video Converter?  Does it work?
