i had this happen to me, and it's no good. The first few times were from the DVD's power being slightly unplugged. It flashed Red/green
Then, Overheating does it too - Green/orange

Then, my favorite, The random, 2xFrag that stays on the 3rd time, but no audio/video. I fixed mine by changing my IDE ribbon cable... It worked...
