Xbox Won't Stay On

I have a v1.4 xbox.  When the xbox starts it usually hangs during the flubber and turns off halfway through, the power button doesn't work, so I have to use the eject.  I replaced that and it still doesn't work, replaced the chip (no change).  PS replaced as well.  When it was running it would shut down during games or streaming music.  Any ideas?  I'm thinking the D0 might be loose.  Or the CPU overheated and is partially damaged.  Appreciate any help.
