If your playing emu's you can change it to full screen.They now have the WAB version changer which will let you change the version of your psp to a 2.0 if you want so you can play some of the new games,and you'll still be able to play homebrew.

i dont know if i have the wifi thing switched on, i dont even know if my switch u mean a physical switch or just a option i must activate, can u shed a lil light on this for me plz

also if it helps my router is a Lynksys-WRT54G  is this okay for getting wireless on my psp?

Its a physical switch on the left side of the PSP. But the PSP should give an error message if the switch is turned off and you try to access the WiFi capabilities, so thats probably not your issue.
