Can you tell which PSP version it is before taking it out of the box? I'm going to get a PSP and I want to make sure it's a v 1.5 before I buy it.

thats gona b hard. but i havent heard any thing about sony shipping whit any never firmware then 1.5 yet. so you shuld b fine.

most us psps are 1.5 and ive heard the jap psps are all 1.5s now from stores so hope that helps

I've heard of a few ppl gettin 1.51's... I guess u could always make up an excuse and return it if it's not 1.50...
