I was wondering (as a non psp owner) but from what ive seen it looks somewhat easy to emulate of make psp umd's. it looks like a mini dvd-r in a special sony case. since people have ripped games into iso formate, couldnt we burn the game to the mini dvd-r and clone a psp umd case and put it in that? We might need the exploit or modchip installed to be able to run unsigned code, but could this work? it sounds a lot cheaper than buying a 512mb or 1GB duo stick which can only hold 1- a few games

The optical discs of UMDs are physically smaller than that of a mini DVD. Its dimensions are the same as, or on a scale similar to, a MiniDisc.
