Are the game dumbs encrypted?

I know they are encrypted on the disc but as an iso is the encryption gone?

lol if you go to EFNet and join #psp-scene there are lots of cool people to help you. Look for N-Bot and the FTP server... Nin0 has all the psp files you could ever want(N-Bot is Nin0's) .
