Also any new japan systems cannot as they ship 1.5. And many people did update their systems so the number of homebrew playable systems is not that high. This is a good step but it's not THE break thats going to get everyone runing.

Yes butt how many people have the skill to remove the chip flash it in a homemade flasher, and reinstall it. Not alot, but I know their are a few around here. If they can find a way to flash via software, even if its akward then we will be set. Even if it's tedious and slow crack, once a custom bios is installed we won't have to do it again.
