If you have gotten as far to getting PSP Encoded videos and having trouble with them not being displayed in the video menu follow these instructions...
1. Connect to your PSP via USB through your computer
2. Under my computer you should see 'Removable Storage Device'
3. Create a new folder in the ROOT (the one you initialy see when you connect to the DUO Memory Card) directory named MP_ROOT, and then make another folder named 100MNV01 in there. Place your video files in there and enjoy !
