its a totally different format.

You need a UMD reader, even the developers have to have a separate reader for umd's and burn everything on dvd-r to test

what all these people above are forgetting is you can watch movies off your memory card so you friend probably means you can convert mini dvr's to mp4 then load them on to your memory stick.

And you can't set a perm background either yet.

this is the way to convert a dvd to a mp4 format right?

and wut kind of usb cable do u need. i think it was A-B or A-Mini B but i wanna make sure.

is there any differences between data cables. no matter wut kind i get does it transfer at the same speed or the maximum speed the cable can handle.
