Can I use an ATX power supply on a MicroATX Motherboard? I found a MicroATX board for about $30 bucks cheaper that fits in the case and is compatible with everything else, except the power supply by specs. http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813128342

im pretty sure you cna use the ATX your power supply with that, i think micro just refers to the physical size of the board (from the pictures it seems to have the same ATX power plug)

so what is the server going to be for? if its for media/storage id look into a 1tb HD, newegg has a few for $110

Thanks for the reply. I am currently a networking student at a local college so I thought this would give me some experience with Microsoft Server 2003/2008, whichever one I decide to use, probably 2008 ( Got them from Dreamspark). Also experience wiht building a computer on my own.

Uses would be for DHCP, File server (Mostly pictures, ISO files, MS Office Documents, etc. No full size videos/shows), most likely a RAID setup, Exchange. Whatever else I decided to put on it basically.

Here is the updated list on Newegg. You can view it by signing in if you have a login for Newegg.
