I just bought a wireless adapter last night, but I cant really pick up good signals. So any tips, tricks. How can I extend my antenna?

You can buy a booster/extender or setup some aluminum foil radar dishes. Shield the router from transmitting in the wrong direction and aim the receiving dish at the router to increase the quality of the connection. There are vids on metacafe. You can also try changing the channels to see if that helps.

None of that stuff works. I heard that stuf was fake. But anyway, I modded it my own way. I just soldered a TV antenna to it and now I can pick up everything. Try it if you want.

I beg to differ. I built this free antenna and it worked great. Only issue is it makes the wireless signal directional, which can be good and bad. I put mine in the front of the house, and pointed the "dish" away from the street, which now means no one can pick up my wireless signal from the street, but it improved the signal inside the house greatly:

haha for real. People need to learn how to settup their router.

When I worked at this pizza place, I would always log onto someones router and go in there and change everthing up so that I only knew the password and that stuff. Everyday it would be reset. Lawl, I can see there faces now, all like WTF is up with this router?
