A Doubt About Programming The Lpr (lpt) Under Linux

What's up people!

I want to know if there's a way to make use of each ground spot in the parallel port as if they ware the data pins.

I'm asking this because almost every project found in the net based in the parallel port uses all the grounds together (like the first PS Controllers to PC).

What if I'm controlling multiple (non-shared) grounds?
