One day out of the blue I could not use torrents, could not connect to any instant messenger, could not connect anywhere on IRC, I opened up an FTP client and I could connect to sites only if in ASCII mode but when I connect to a site with passive mode it would get hung up while switching to passive mode and then timeout...

What the heck is wrong here!? I turned off all firewalls and even set up DMZ to my computer and I STILL cannot connect to anything... anyone have an idea of what may be wrong? I have run virus scans also, rebooted my router, tried as much as I could but nothing....
