You use the same setting as FTP access. If you can get FTP you can get everything else. You just need to share a folder on your PC. (Right click a folder and click sharing, enable it, name it, hit ok.) Then XBMC go to SMB Share Workgroup automatic, or something like that, I cannot remember the exact name. And, browse to your shared folder, it will see all the files in there.

If you have problems, make sure that whatever firewall you use has the file sharing ports open.
