What are you saying here? It goes to the dashboard and resets, but your dashboard loads fine? You mean MS dash loads okay wth your mod off?

You need to know what your modchip/bios is trying to load and why it isn't there anymore. Boot an autoinstaller disk to gain FTP access and look around on your hard drive and fix it.

Most bioses look for c:\avalaunch.xbe then c:\evoxdash.xbe
Your c:\evoxdash.xbe most likely was changed somehow.

Get AID (auto installer deluxe) or Slayers Auto-installer.

You'll have to find a torrent or get it some other way. (I use usenet, don't know where to get torrents..)

Just burn a disk with Evox or UnleashX and boot from that. That should get you the FTP access.

really, can you tell me more about just burning evox onto a CD so i can gain FTP access?

and it can be a cd-r not dvd?
some1 told me some xboxs dont read cd-rs, but i would still like to try with one if some do
