Problem Using Ie For Ftp

Hey guys,

Here at work we want to keep our FTP site secure by forcing everyone to use SSL connections.  Normally this isn't a problem, but one of our clients is using IE to FTP into our site.  I've tried messing around with it but whenever I turn on SSL it gives an error message about not having permission or something to that effect.  Do any of you guys know how to make IE work with SSL?  If you have to download an add-on or something that shouldn't be too big of a deal.
