5 Computer Supercomputer Running Windows Apps. (worklog)
« on: January 18, 2007, 05:27:00 PM »

ok, after much thought (and the easy availibility of parts, which are just lying around, rotting), I decided to make a two part "super-computer" out of surplus parts, part of it is in a big tubberware container, and the other is in a aluminum tool case for more portablility, and the two will be linked by a long cable, or (if needed), wirelessly (already is though for my network :- ) the details are as follows...

biggrin.gif that is great!

Is there no static in that tub? You can ruin everything if some builds up.

it is all grounded using conductive paint  biggrin.gif  (gallium) and I've never really noticed any static anyway, but even if there is, the grounding fixes it

that was my brothers account, he asked how to make a screen name, and asked whether he would use it often or just this once, he said it was just this once, so i gave it my usual screenname for forums, then when i decide to use the account, i find that he had deleted the backup of the info. AND the e-mail account we used for it has stopped being used a long time ago (moved to g-mail).
