2 Processors And Mobos, Amd And Intel, Both Dual Core

Ok so i want to start on a new computer and i have found 2 great deals on motherboard/cpu combos and there dual core becuase i want to experiance what this dual core is all about so the only problem is one is INTEL and the other is AMD

This computer will be used for Photoshop, Gaming and just basic skool work, no intense overclocking but there will be some gaming!

so here goes the fight!  Which one will be better? the AMD DUAL CORE CPU MOBO COMBO  or the INTEL?

The man has a point there, if you are going to spend the money then the core 2 Dou is where the sweet spot is at.   But personally, if you have to go with a pent. D vs. A64, the 64 wins.

However, I would reccomend the X2 3800+ instead of that 4400, you can overclock that 3800 to there in under 20 minutes and save some cash.
