*has a screaming orgasm*

holy crap...this is what ima build as soon as i move out(my parents already critisize my poor amd64 3000+
as an expensive waste of money....)

uhhh if only they knew what i would build given the correct funding...
im seriously saving up for a big project like this..ultimate media/gaming/porn pc.

just curious could u give an approx. cost?

BTW- me being a little obsessive compulsive....i love the fact that you have all those partions sorted out for movies, tv,music , etc...

do you have a shit load of sata/ide cards+onboard ...or is it one of those external hdd thingeys?

why is it that anytime someone takes a picture of their desk they always have to have as much money as possible spread out? i mean, if you really wanna look like a baller just go take the rim of your escalade and prop her up there next to your monitor.. nothing says bling like a 28" spinner  cool.gif

haha.. sweet rig though. i love my ssf, but i'm looking to build another cuz i need room for more hdd's. shoe-horning 3 into a mini is quite the ordeal.. not to mention the heat in there.

Haha, you had a 112 tower too Eh?  Works pretty well for me, my only complaint is that the fins are jsut a little too close togather, sure it provides more surface area but it restricts airflow at the same time...

Oh well there is always Peltier right?

BTW, love the car, not so fond of the hood, but damn I love that year and body style.   Good tastes you have sir.

Haha my preference exactlly. Although running it in the bottom of the case wouldn't be easy, they are always better off in the top unless you extend the bottom or have a seperate mach unit on the bottom of the case, and on something of this size already that would be abit silly.

Sorry don't want to hijack the thread but while were talking about phase change cooling i thought i'd show my latest vapochill modification, this PC will be like no other vapochill, complete custom one off job that i'm working on right now, hence no other 360 mods but heres a quick preview of one area of the case:

IPB Image

Oh also to a couple of pages back or something the guy who posted the big thermaltake heatsink, i had one of those also a few years back, it didn't do a bad job on OC systems either, but my heatsink was blue and not the copper colour.

And xboxexpert, thats a very nice looking rig you got there with some good specs to it beerchug.gif

Woo who - Phase cooling!   love.gif   You are right Dano, The heatsink works well for disappating heat but it doesnt kep my heat (that) low with a decent fan speed. The model you have/had was the nickel (plated) version, mine is all copper and about as heavy as my arm.

That vantec tornado on there doesn't let my X2 [email protected] above about 51-52c  (ambient of 80+ f)  But at 56 Dba, it's not exactly whimsical.

How much did your Phase run you?

Woo who back on subject.  How come all you guys have nice set ups and none of us are rocking games?
