2nd Harddrive

I reformatted my computer yesterday due to a virus.  I have 2 harddrives...an 80 GB one and a 20 gb one.  After deleting everything on the 80 gb one i reinstalled windows with no problems.  But alas, my 2nd harddrive is not recognized by windows.  When i go into disk management it sees the 2nd harddrive there, and it is active...i have some files stored on there that i do not want to loose...can anyone help me out here?
