Weird Thing Happended To My Laptop...

Well my comp was messn up so i reset it.Well i get back to the reg. screen and i notice that at the bottom where the start button is and where the icons are in the far rite corner that whole bar disappeard??? Does anyone have a clue on how i can get that back?
