Hey all, I am having some troubles....

I just got a v 1.6 premodded xbox with a 250gb Maxtor and X3 CE with X3CP front panel.  It's brand new but some things are happening.

The LCD screen flickers and all together stops working.  Changing the brightness makes no difference.
Also the ethernet is being strange.  I can connect to my Xbox, but then it just forcefully boots my connection. I haven't been able to upload anything yet! By the way I am hooked up through a router.  Windows XP.  Brand new cables.  Can't think of a damn reason why anything is wrong.  The IP address shows on my Xbox, it is picking up everything.  PC just won't stay connected!!!!  PLEASE HELP!!!
