Avi To Dvd

Hey, is there a program that will make an avi file burnable to dvd. Something that creates the Audio_TS and Video_TS file structure, and the ability to play in your basic home DVD player?

There are some programs that allow you to make menus, most aren't freeware, and the majority of the free ones are only for mpeg. I guess you could ocnvrt the avi to mpeg then do it, but you'll lose some quality.

Avi = .avi ....
Mpeg = .mpg .mpeg etc...

That's like saying a .Zip is a .Rar... they have the same prupose, but without the right tools (codecs/programs) you can only use the respected one... I could make a codec that can read mpeg's, and not avi's..
