i've been using my capture card a bit, but when i play my capped files with xbmp they seem a bit washed out... so i go to the capture card properties and tweak brightness and contrast and gamma, but i cant get it quite right.

so what i am asking is for a good color calibration guide that uses pictures or video that can be played back on an xbox via xbox media player so i can use the guide for my capture settings.
