Amd Athlon 64 3000, Vs Amd Athlon 64 3200

i need to know if theres a difference between the  AMD Athlon 64 3000+, 512KB L2 Cache 64-bit Processor and the AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 1MB L2 Cache, The Only 64-bit Windows Compatible Processor

as the price difference in the two would help me alot
becuase if the 3000 is just as good as the 3200, im gonan go with the 3000
*and this processor is gonna be mostly for gaming*


O AND..... im gonna be getting 1.5 gigabyte DDR RAM memory (my mobo has 3 memory slots, so you can mix the order up, but whatever combo is the cheapest), so whats the cheapest but still the best combo for RAM (remember, its a 3 slot mobo, not a 2 slot)???
