your xbox is tsopped and its fragging. check for solder splashes or the bios has gone bad

A cheap DuoX would do.
Use a magnifying glass to check. An try to remove it if theres any.

Same thing happened to me. But after opening up the box, removing the hdd, dvd drive. Then puting tem back in, it worked =\. I presumed it was a loose connection or something inside..
