Using X360 Controller On Xbox? Is It Possible?

Hi, I need to know if it's possible to use wireless X360 controller and Wireless Gaming Receiver that MS made to connect controller to Windows PC to original Xbox? Obviously you will also need a controller port to USB converter adapter but if you do all this, anyone think it will work?

I love the idea of having wireless controller. I have a Logitech wireless controller but nothing beats feeling of official controller.
