ok where to start

1) your laptop and pc are listed as having the same ip address, that can't work
2) you are connecting to an IP that doesn't seem to be your laptop, that can't work
3) is the laptop running an FTP server? if not, that can't work

hope that helps a little.

The easist thing to do is set your laptop or your desktop to a static ip in network settings, then you need to find out what that static ip is and set it as the address of the ip you want to get into from the other computer (the non-static ip one).  Or set them both to static ip's.

Then you have to set up an FTP server on both pc's.

Which begs the question... have you heard of Network neighborhood?  It's a nifty feature on windows os's that allows you to do all the things you could do with an ftp without all the bs, you might want to look into it, unless of course you are remote ftp'ing into a computer and then you are going to be dealing with so much crap you should either plan to do a lot of research or give up now.

If you are doing a remote ftp check here when it doesn't work

yep i had an animated gif.

It was of diablo however HSDEMONZ said i had to remove it because it had nipples showing, not because it was animated.
