Php Disassembler

I thought PHP was a scripting language.  That would mean that it's never compiled, so there can't be a disassembler.

But a google search for php disassembler gives me this:

well what i thought since that its buffered from script into html code, you could take the html code and disassemble it into php source, maybe there's no way but I thought there was using a PHP Disassembler
