Oak pwnz mdf! Just kidding, the mdf job is really sweet, but check out the 100% custom oak "library" the previous owner of my house built:

Not only does it look sweet, but there's a built-in ethernet junction in the cabinet under the desk (4 lines from various rooms), cable to the desk and entertainment center, recessed lighting above the reclining loveseat, the tv slides out and rotates, etc. We have hundreds of books and lots of room to spare. Total geek paradise!

Sorry about the picture quality. My wife PWNED! the good digital so I'm stuck with the 1.3 megapixel waterproof with a seriously overpowered flash for anything above sea-level.

Hmm.. Not a bad setup -- but I think if you want to claim ownage, you'll at least need dual monitors. I don't think my rig's anything special, but it does have two monitors plus an LCD screen in a 5.25" bay (a couple of my friends have dual-monitor setups, too).

HOLY FRICKEN CRAP, thats such a nice looking reciver....I have a just random sony one for a couple hundred, and it works wonderfully, but that is just perfect.
Yeah, defenitly get dual channel corsair. Thats what I've got, but I don't have the Pro thing with the LEDS on the spine.
