Svcd/vcd On A Dvd

ok i wasnt sure where to ask this, i dont know any other sites to ask this question, what i want to know is that can you put multiple svcds on a dvd and be able to play it on a dvd player? like say a movie is two 700mb svcd disks could i put those two discs (and possibly more) onto 1 dvd? if so what software woudl i need?

u will need to convert the mpgs and then author the dvd there are alot of good tut's and links @ dvdrhelp
