How The Hell Do I Get Rid Of This

I hate this, i've tried spybot, uninstalling everything. This stupid lop toolbar wont get the fuck away.. It opens up even if i hide it.. its been stuck on my comp for like 6 months now. I'm not going to format for a stupid toolbar..

I believe he said he doesnt want to format. But as for the problem try running Ad Aware (just in case) and get Hijack This! See if that helps.

I used to have one of these and it got real annoying, and i found it really hard to get rid of, but i would look in your program files directory to see if there is anything in there which might be a toolbar, or searchbar or do an adware scan and you could try re-installing Internet Explorer, that sometimes works.
