Ive been searching for the past few weeks for a modded bios. i know there is at least one out there but every time i find a page with a link to download it the link is broken.

does anyone have a copy?

i would really appreciate it if someone could send it to me.

well i still dunno how that works seeing the 9500pro is a 4-pixel pipeline and the 9700pro is 8

Yes ati didnt want to lose sales like nvidia did (ti-4200 killed sales of 4400), so built in protection so it couldnt be over clocked.

someone studied the bios of diff radion cars and discovered a 1 which was a 0 or something. he released a hacked version and the card could be oc to faster speeds.

the non pro is meant to be better for oc but what can i do now. I suppose try and supe some fool into swapping..

well i got my 9700pro runnin fine above 9800pro speeds... i dont see any protection..

speeds: 385c/345m
voltage: 2.6 (+0.1)
AGP bus: 72MHz

not a single graphics artifact or crash
