Can you guys read, no offence. They said they were already using Kazaa Lite, if you use regular kazaa and run adaware it deletes crucial files that are needed to run. Re-download it but don't runa adaware.

i have a question or two about winMX.

1. are there security mesures to guard against... well, a certain organisation?

2. is it safe to use?

biggrin.gif

if you use adaware to scan after kazaa is installed, it will NOT WORK AFTER so dont bother.

about winmx:
is it safe? safe as any other p2p software. you dont konw where you're getting things from.
you should try alternatives like bittorrent or emule, where you can get verified links for. see http://www.zeropaid.com for p2p information.

security measure against the "certain organization" as you put it:
well theres still peer guardian that you can use. but it will not prevent anything 100%
