What would u reccomend i do to reformat my comp...i think all i have to do is put the windows xp cd in and restart and it will automatically suggest it...but how should i go about saving some of my programs such as photoshop?

to format your drive, put in the xp cd, reboot, and make it boot from the cd. then just follow the directions to install windows, and it'll ask if you want to format it.

and saving your programs?? i dont get it.....just reinstall it with the corresponding cd after you reinstall windows.

But what if u no longer have the cds or in some cases never had them...should i zip them and then host em and then unzip them from the host after i reformatt?
