Not yet. The game needs support for a keyboard and a mouse first.

there currently isn't a way to play with keyboard and mouse
ms has said that they won't release it or let a 3rd party develop one because they don't want people to think of it as a computer, it's a console and they want to keep it that way, no matter how many pc parts it's made of

They may get there eventually. MS actually does provide a 'free' (you have to pay for
shipping) USB keyboard adapter for the XBOX. However, this is only supposed to work
for their monthly-fee RPG game, Phantasy Star Online. It will allow you to use a
keyboard on a modded XBOX though, according to posts I've read here.
